With 20 years managing arts organizations and curating exhibitions, skills include leading nonprofits organizations, empowering boards and staff, curating exhibitions, balancing budgets, presenting performances and events, mentoring staff, and connecting artists with audiences. I work well under pressure and produce high-quality work on time and under budget. I have strong leadership, writing, visual, design, and technical skills.
I am seeking an opportunity to work with artists and the committed, creative, and caring individuals who staff, and support nonprofit arts organizations. I want to grow deep roots in a community and help build community through my work. I want to keep learning and taking on new challenges. I want to work in an environment where diversity, transparency, and creativity are valued.
